What to expect

We will make you an expert in the field of personnel controlling
You will get to know the area and the interfaces of personnel controlling at Helios bit by bit and gain insights into the key figures that are essential for corporate management
In doing so, you will support us in our day-to-day operations and, if necessary, bring yourself to the test. in projects
The aim of the program is to prepare you to take on a position as an employee in personnel controlling within the 1-2 years
To this end, the program is accompanied by online and face-to-face seminars that support you in the further development of your professional skills

What you bring to the table

You have a university degree with a commercial orientation or completed training in the commercial sector
Ideally, your training or study focus was on controlling or human resources
You have digital skills and very good Excel skills
Your affinity for numbers and analytical thinking are among your strengths
In addition, you show commitment, like to get involved on your own initiative and keep an eye on your goals even in the face of unexpected challenges
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
