For our clinic at the Bonn location, we are looking for a medical assistant as an admission assistant for our emergency outpatient clinic (m/f/d) on a mini-job basis.

• Administrative admissions of emergency patients
• Checking the status of the insured, supporting and monitoring the documents to be completed, scanning documents
• Coordination of the accommodation of the patients to be admitted
• Organization of transports after outpatient treatment
• Replenishment of nursing trolleys/cupboards, control of opening/expiry dates
• Support for patient transport

• A completed apprenticeship as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
• You bring a high degree of responsibility, commitment, flexibility and resilience to the table
• In addition to a confident, friendly and patient-oriented appearance, you are used to working independently and conscientiously
• Enjoyment of working together in an interdisciplinary team
• Proof of complete vaccination against measles
