We are looking for you as soon as possible as a nurse or nurse (m/f/d) for our psychiatry department at the Helios Vogtland Clinic in Plauen.

What to expect

Professional and appropriate nursing care of the patients of the protected psychiatric ward from a holistic and individual point of view
Active participation in shaping the therapeutic environment and promoting a stable and safe ward atmosphere
Conversation skills and crisis intervention in the context of psychiatric care
Carrying out treatment care as well as careful observation and assessment of the psychological and somatic state of the patients
Documentation of all planned and implemented measures on patients as well as their individual effect
Close interdisciplinary cooperation with all professional groups in a multi-professional team

What you bring to the table

You have completed vocational training as an exam. Health and (paediatric) nurse or nurse (m/f/d)
Previous experience in psychiatric care, especially in the protected area, is desirable, but not a prerequisite
You are characterized by empathy, strong communication skills and a confident appearance even in challenging situations
You have a high sense of responsibility, work in a team-oriented manner and maintain a professional approach to closeness and distance
Identification with the values and goals of our company as well as loyalty to the team and tasks
You have the legally required measles immunity certificate
