Main responsibilities
- Specification, procurement and implementation of injection moulds
- Technical support of the production plants in the areas of injection moulding and tooling technology
- Planning, monitoring, control and coordination of all tool qualification tasks
- Development and optimisation of injection moulding processes and injection moulds up to series production readiness
- Support for external tool transfer activities
- Documentation of the phases of process qualification
- Supporting our global production sites
- Working in an international team
- Exchange of information, solicitation of offers and technical agreements with international cooperation partners
Experience and qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering / engineering or plastics technology or technician
- Several years of professional experience in project management (with international teams)
- Experience in the optimization, qualification and validation of injection molding processes (also in locations abroad)
- Knowledge of mold design of injection molds
- Confident handling of MS Office & project management software
- Very good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
- Communication skills, ability to work in a team, commitment, assertiveness
- Driver's license and willingness to travel
