We are looking for a

Medical Assistant (m/f/d)

• Support of the physician (m/f/d) in clinical documentation
• Ordering
• Care support measures
• Administrative activities during the admission, transfer and discharge of patients
• Correspondence with doctors, patients, health insurance companies
• Coordination of ward occupancy

• You have completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), nurse (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience with basic medical knowledge and an understanding of healthcare processes desirable
• Willingness to take responsibility, resilience, flexibility and openness to new things
• Team-oriented cooperation with all specialist disciplines and professional groups is a matter of course for you
• You have organizational and planning skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The Helios Clinic for Cardiac Surgery Karlsruhe was founded in 1995 as a specialist cardiac surgery clinic and has 96 beds, of which 24 are intensive care beds and 16 are intermediate care beds. The operating room comprises 5 operating rooms, including a modern hybrid operating room for so-called TAVI

(heart valve replacement therapy). With over 1800 procedures per year, the clinic is one of the largest specialist cardiac surgery clinics in Germany.
