Personnel Officer (m/f/d)

• You are the central contact person for topics relating to the employment relationship and always have an overall overview from the time you join the staff to the time you leave the staff
• Support and advice for employees and managers within the area of responsibility, including on topics of personnel planning, personnel management and employment law
• Maintenance of personnel master data, checking of classifications, cooperation with the works council, drafting contracts, maternity leave/parental leave as well as communication with social security institutions

• You have a degree (preferably in economics) with a focus on human resources or an apprenticeship in the commercial sector with a corresponding focus
• Professional experience in personnel support
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications as well as personnel management and time management systems (at best LOGA & ASES)
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
