What to expect

Telephone patient coordination and appointment management at the registration desk are part of your area of responsibility
You will look after our patients before, during and after the consultation hours
Through your cooperation, you ensure that the practice runs smoothly
You will assist with examinations, treatments and, after training, also with procedures and work closely with our patients
They support the preparation of surgery days

What you bring to the table

You have completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
Ideally, you have already gained experience in the outpatient sector, e.g. regarding the KV billing
Experience in dealing with MS Office and IT-supported processes
You like to work in a team where you can rely on each other
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
