Helios Klinik Schleswig GmbH is looking for a ward manager (m/f/d) for the oncological outpatient clinic/dialysis as soon as possible, full-time/part-time, permanent.

• A completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) as well as a completed further training to manage a nursing unit or corresponding management training
• Several years of experience in the field of dialysis or the oncological outpatient clinic as well as a balanced and appreciative management style, with the ability to position oneself in a motivating and clear way
• Willingness to be creative, ability to work in a team, open-mindedness and a high degree of responsibility and resilience
• the willingness to continuously develop personal skills through further education and training and the awareness of cultivating the professionalism of the assigned area of responsibility
• Strategic thinking and operational action with the aim of process optimization
• Thinking and acting economically with the aim of adhering to budgets and handling the resources of the clinic professionally and appropriately
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
