Do you want care that moves? Start as a nurse / geriatric nurse (m/f/d) at the Heart Centre or at the Helios Park Clinic and discover the whole range of modern care - from geriatrics at the Helios Park Clinic to the functional areas at the Leipzig Heart Centre, such as our cardiac catheterisation laboratory.

• Holistic care and support of patients in inpatient care (e.g. acute geriatrics) as well as in the functional area of cardiac catheterization laboratory/EPU laboratory / hybrid operating room - individual, activating and appreciative
• Assistance in medical examinations, invasive and therapeutic interventions both on the ward and in cardiological interventions in the functional areas
• Preparation and follow-up of medical measures in both disciplines, including patient preparation, monitoring and follow-up care after examinations and procedures
• Planning, implementation and documentation of nursing measures for acute geriatric patients as well as for patients in the cardiological functional area, taking into account applicable nursing guidelines
• Compliance with and implementation of hygiene, quality and safety standards in inpatient care as well as in the technically highly specialized cardiac catheterization and operating room environment
• Close interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, therapists and other professional groups as well as contact person for patients and relatives in your area of work

• You are a trained nurse / nurse / geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or have a comparable degree
• Ideally, you have already gained clinical experience
• Your strengths include empathy, communication skills and strong social skills
• You are a team player and reliable
• You have a willingness to learn and a sense of duty
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
