Central Practice Instructor for Intensive Care and Anaesthesia Care (m/f/d)

What to expect

Implementation of structured induction plans for new employees at ITS and ZNA
Ensuring and carrying out practice instructions for trainees in surgical assistance (OTA) and anaesthesia (ATA)
Planning and implementation of MegaCode trainings
Organisation, implementation and support of resuscitation training for peripheral wards, the ITS, ZNA, functional areas
Organisation, takeover, implementation and documentation of practical instructions in accordance with legal requirements
Planning and coordination of the assignments of our employees in specialist training courses in consultation with the ward managers

What you bring to the table

You have completed training as a nurse or geriatric nurse with specialist training in intensive care and anaesthesia care
You have completed further training in vocational education in practical guidance and are willing to complete an additional qualification in the field of emergency management or mega-code training
You have experience in the field of practical guidance and practical training
You have a high degree of empathy, social skills and didactic skills
They have their own ideas and ideas for the implementation of the practical instructions under the changing legal conditions
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
