Central practice instructor for intensive care and anesthesia care (m/f/d)

What you can expect

Implementation of structured induction plans for new employees on the ITS and in the ZNA
Ensuring and carrying out practical instruction for trainees in surgical technical assistance (OTA) and anesthesia (ATA)
Planning and carrying out MegaCode training courses
Organization, implementation and supervision of resuscitation training for peripheral wards, ITS, ZNA, functional areas
Organization, assumption, implementation and documentation of practical instructions in accordance with legal requirements
Planning and coordinating the deployment of our employees in specialist training courses in consultation with the ward managers

What you bring with you

You have completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional or geriatric nurse with specialist training in intensive care and anaesthesia care
You have completed further vocational training in practice management and are willing to complete an additional qualification in emergency management or mega code training
You have experience in the field of practical guidance and practical training
You have a high degree of empathy, social competence and didactic skills
You have your own ideas and concepts for implementing practical guidance under the changing legal conditions
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
