Senior Physician Pneumology - Focus on Weaning (m/f/d).

What you can expect

Leading work on our specialized weaning ward with a focus on prolonged weaning
Responsibility for the medical care of patients with complex, not only respiratory problems
Close collaboration with respiratory therapists, intensive care medicine, physiotherapy and nursing in a highly specialized interdisciplinary environment
Active involvement in the further expansion and profiling of our weaning center
Supervision, further training and promotion of junior doctors and non-medical staff
Involvement in intensive medical care and participation in the on-call and background service

What you bring with you

Specialist certification in internal medicine and / or an internal medicine subspecialty or specialist in anaesthesiology and intensive care medicine
Sound experience in intensive care medicine
Strong interest in prolonged weaning
High level of commitment to teamwork, empathy in dealing with patients and relatives and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
