Study Assistant / Study Coordinator (m/f/d)

For our Helios Health Institute in Leipzig, we are looking for a study assistant / study coordinator (m/f/d) full-time (38.5 hours/week) with immediate effect.

The position is initially limited to two years, with an option to extend.

What to expect

You will prepare, coordinate and accompany clinical trials.
You will actively participate in the screening of patients and supervise study participants throughout the entire process.
They carry out study visits and document them carefully.
You will organize and coordinate the study processes in accordance with GCP – including ward round planning, diagnostics and logistics.
They record and document study-specific patient data precisely and completely.
They prepare blood and urine samples for the laboratory and take care of the preparation and follow-up of monitor visits.

What you bring to the table

You have completed training as a medical documentation assistant, MTA/MTA-F, nurse, medical assistant, medical assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
Initial experience in conducting clinical trials as well as medical knowledge in the field of cardiac medicine are an advantage.
You work independently, in a structured and independent manner, are patient-oriented, sociable and appear collegial.
You will be proficient in the safe handling of the PC and common standard software.
You have a good command of English and are characterized by very good organizational skills.
They can present the legally required proof of immunization against measles.
