In this role, you will be responsible for the technical support of Fresenius Kabi MedTech GmbH devices in the area of blood and plasma donation as well as blood bank equipment.
Among other things, you will be responsible for maintenance, commissioning and rectification of faults and thus ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly answering customer enquiries.
Carrying out installations, repairs, maintenance, safety checks and corrective measures
Telephone advice/support of customers in case of technical problems
Responsibility for ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with the current instructions and information of the Fresenius Kabi Quality System
Recording and updating of all service-relevant data and activities in the service system
Organization of the distribution of work to ensure the services contractually promised to the customer
Efficient management of the required spare parts to ensure rapid support for our customers, taking into account the associated storage costs
Regular feedback to the supervisor in case of recurring problems in order to be able to offer the best possible service to the customer
Professional and service-oriented communication with customers as well as establishment and maintenance of long-term, partnership-based relationships with customers and business partners
Completed training in the field of medical technology or another comparable technical discipline
Knowledge of legal requirements (Medical Devices and Transfusion Act) as well as the quality standards and norms required in this area
Experience in the field of technical service of medical devices desirable
Basic knowledge of MS Office programs Excel, Word, Outlook
High level of service and customer orientation, friendly and professional appearance
Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and a structured, independent way of working
Good knowledge of English to understand technical documents in English and to be able to use them without errors
Willingness to travel and driving licence class B
