We are looking for a cardiac technician (m/f/d) for our heart center in Leipzig with immediate effect

• Independent planning, preparation and execution of extracorporeal perfusion in conventional and minimally invasive cardiac surgery procedures
• Safe handling of modern circulatory support systems (VAD, ECMO, IABP) including deployment, control and monitoring
• Expert assistance in catheter-based heart valve implantations as well as in the implantation and aftercare of pacemaker systems
• Active participation in the interdisciplinary hybrid surgical team, including the implementation of mechanical autotransfusion
• Conscientious surgical documentation as well as participation in quality assurance and optimization processes

• Completed training as a cardiac technician (m/f/d) or successfully completed studies with a focus on cardiac technology - ideally with current ECCP certification
• Several years of professional experience in a clinical environment is desirable
• Willingness to participate in shift and on-call duty
• Strong team orientation, high resilience as well as responsible and reliable work
• Proof of legally required measles immunization
