Your tasks:
- Maintenance and servicing in the field of operating technology, heating and sanitary technology
- Monitoring of defect and damage rectification, as well as regular system inspections
- Ensuring safe and trouble-free operation of local heating and gas systems
- Elimination of occurring technical faults and their clearance to the customer
- Receipt and processing of repair requests for technical systems and devices from the individual departments
- Documentation of the activities carried out using IT systems
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty every three weeks for seven days
What you bring to the table:
- Successfully completed vocational training in the field of HLS or comparable qualification
- Boiler attendant course desirable, but not a condition
- Professional experience and knowledge in the field of building services systems desirable
- Enjoyment of working with our clients/clinics in the sense of a balanced service provision
- Experience in the field of maintenance and maintenance
- Solution-oriented way of working and ability to work in a team
- Confident handling of MS Office as well as experience with the IWMS systems or willingness to learn them
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty (extra remuneration)
- Class B driver's license, very good German language skills and a valid work permit
