MFA / Medical Assistant - General Practice (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time

What to expect

You will be responsible for welcoming and caring for patients as well as managing appointments at the registration desk
They accompany the consultation hours and take over the preparation of general medical examinations and treatments
In doing so, you will coordinate and control all patient-related activities for a smooth daily practice routine
Your support is also required for functional diagnostics (e.g. ECG, blood pressure measurement, lung function tests, etc.) and for general laboratory activities
Administrative tasks such as documenting treatment processes and patient data will also be part of your area of responsibility
In addition, you will support the recording and billing of services provided (EBM / GOÄ) and the assurance of quality and hygiene management

What you bring to the table

You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
Ideally, you have already gained (initial) professional experience in medical care - but career starters are also welcome
You have digital skills and knowledge of medical practice software - alternatively, you are willing to acquire them quickly
You cultivate an empathetic and patient-oriented way of working and appreciate real teamwork
You work in a structured and goal-oriented manner, are also open to new things and have a quick grasp of things
Commitment, friendliness and a sense of responsibility round off your profile
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
