For our Clinic for General, Visceral and Thoracic Surgery in Bad Saarow near Berlin, we are looking for a Senior Physician / Specialist in Thoracic Surgery (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Patient care: Outpatient and inpatient care using modern surgical, diagnostic and therapeutic methods.
Training and further education: Training and supervision of junior doctors.
Process optimization & portfolio expansion: Continuous improvement of work processes and expansion of the range of surgical services.
Teamwork: Close, cooperative collaboration with an experienced and professional team.
Management responsibility: In a possible senior physician position, you will assume responsibility in the management team of our clinic.

What you bring with you

Specialist training (m/f/d) in thoracic surgery: Completed further training with a sound surgical spectrum - especially in minimally invasive thoracic surgery.
Extensive professional experience: Ability to work independently, high sense of responsibility and strong commitment.
Professional development: Enjoyment of lifelong learning and active involvement in shaping clinical processes.
Team & interdisciplinary cooperation: Committed cooperation with various specialist disciplines and professional groups.
Empathy & social competence: Respectful interaction with patients, relatives and the practice team.
