What you can expect

Specialist management of two forensic psychiatric therapy areas with the prospective option of appointment as a senior physician
Management of the areas in organizational, personnel and medical terms in accordance with the conceptual orientation of the clinic
Guidance and supervision of medical colleagues in further training
Active participation in the conceptual development and quality assurance of the clinic
Participation in the clinic's in-house on-call service (on-call duty)

What you bring with you

Completed university degree in medicine with license to practice medicine
Specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy (focus on forensic psychiatry desirable) or assistant doctor in advanced further training (m/f/d)
Experience in dealing with forensic psychiatric issues (desirable)
Enjoy working in multi-professional teams
You have strong organizational skills, a high sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills
Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The Forensic Clinic is one of three facilities in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania for the correctional treatment of patients with mental disorders. The clinic houses patients who are either provisionally detained or detained in accordance with a decision. The clinic is divided into a closed area with an admission and crisis ward and three therapy wards, as well as an open residential group and a training apartment. Rehabilitation and outpatient aftercare for former patients is provided by the forensic institute outpatient clinic.
