We are looking for a nurse (m/f/d) to expand our palliative care unit at the Helios Clinic Pirna.

• Interdisciplinary and holistic cooperation, with the patient's will guiding our therapy decision
• Professional and socially competent guidance, care and accompaniment of seriously ill or dying patients and their relatives
• To implement care and therapy measures that meet the needs of our patients
• The close cooperation with a network of doctors, relaxation therapists, social workers, psycho-oncologists, pastors, the SAPV team and hospice associations
• The active participation and implementation of the care and support concepts and the care standards
• The documentation of the nursing processes and their quality assurance

• You have completed vocational training as a nurse or geriatric nurse
• Ideally, you already have knowledge and experience in palliative and hospice care
• They feel it is a rewarding task to improve the quality of life of seriously ill people in the last phase of life in a targeted manner and to accompany their relatives in a needs-oriented manner.
• You are interested in dealing with the topics of death and dying
• You like to work holistically with time for the patient and hand in hand with different professions, it suits you to work and shape in a team.
• Your focus is on the well-being of the patient, and you have an empathetic, calmly accompanying way of working.
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
