We are looking for a dedicated full-time Medical Assistant (m/f/d) to support our team in the emergency room with passion and competence. In your role, you will mainly take on additional activities as well as administrative and outpatient tasks to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

• Organization and coordination of appointments and clinic procedures.
• Reception and care of our patients - in person and by phone.
• Support for doctors in diagnostic and therapeutic measures.
• Carrying out blood draws, laboratory activities and administrative tasks.
• Documentation and maintenance of patient files.
• Organization and management of materials and instruments.
• Support in compliance with hygiene and quality standards

• Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d).
• Experience in the field of outpatient or inpatient care is desirable.
• Friendly and service-oriented appearance.
• Reliability, a sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a team.
• Confident handling of hospital software and MS Office.
