What you can expect

You will accompany patients with long-term ventilation or a tracheostoma on their way back to breathing on their own - step by step, safely and empathetically.
You will actively and individually shape nursing care, work closely with respiratory therapy and medicine and contribute your expertise to an interdisciplinary team.
You specifically promote patient independence, recognize clinical changes at an early stage and document them professionally.
You will take responsibility for the implementation of weaning concepts, secretion management and professional tracheostoma care.
You will start with a supervised induction, clear learning objectives and a personal mentor who will prepare you for everyday life on the ward.
Your work makes the difference: you give people the chance to breathe on their own again - with specialist knowledge, patience and heart.

What you bring with you

You have completed training as a registered nurse - e.g. as a healthcare and nursing professional, intensive care nurse, geriatric nurse or specialist for out-of-hospital ventilation.
Experience in clinical or outpatient respiratory care is desirable, but not a must - we will support you during your induction.
The ability to work in a team, a sense of responsibility and empathy characterize your interaction with patients and relatives.
You maintain an overview even in challenging situations and act with confidence.
Interest in professional and personal development - we support you with targeted training and further education.
