We are looking for you at the Helios Vogtland Clinic in Plauen as of 01.03.2026 as Ward Manager Internal Medicine / Urology (m/f/d)

What to expect

Leadership & Promotion: You will lead, advise and develop your employees in a targeted manner
Team & Collaboration: You will work together with patients, employees and the nursing management on the further development and optimisation of your wards
Quality of care & standards: You plan, design and carry out care in consistent compliance with clinic-specific aspects and care standards
Duty scheduling & responsibility: You create duty rosters and take responsibility for your team's time
Communication & interfaces: You will act as a connecting contact person between the medical service and other professional groups

What you bring to the table

Qualification: Successfully completed training in health care and nursing
Experience: Professional experience in the inpatient sector – ideally in gastroenterology and urology
Further education: Completed management training or willingness to complete it in the future
Leadership style: Goal-oriented, cooperative and characterized by a high level of social competence
Communication: Strong communication and teamwork skills in collegial cooperation
Proof of measles immunization required by law
