As soon as possible, we are looking for exactly you as a specialist with additional qualification in palliative medicine (m/f/d) for the specialized outpatient palliative care (SAPV) of the Helios Clinics Schwerin.

• Care of patients with life-limiting illnesses, complex symptoms and high treatment costs at home, in long-term care and in hospices in Schwerin and the surrounding area
• Close interdisciplinary cooperation with the Helios Clinics Schwerin, in particular with the palliative care unit and the palliative medical consultation service (Center for Palliative Medicine Schwerin)
• Professional regional palliative care network
• Regular team meetings, supervision and internal training
• A responsible and individual job in an open-minded and motivated multi-professional team

• Qualification as a specialist (m/f/d) with additional qualification in palliative medicine, or interest in completing further training
• Open and confident appearance, team orientation, enthusiasm and empathy
• Enjoyment of networking with other providers in the context of outpatient palliative care
• Good communication skills
• Commitment to the active shaping of training, further education and training as well as quality assurance
• Driving licence class B
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
