at the Erfurt site.

What to expect

You will be responsible for local IT support in the medical care centres (MVZ) and the 5 Helios clinics in the Erfurt area.
You will look after the users in 1st and 2nd level support and carry out short briefings on site.
You will take care of the client hardware/software support (OS installation, PC setup, peripherals, etc.).
You will advise and support medical technology and operating technology on IT-related issues.
You will be responsible for connecting subsystems via standardised interfaces.
You will be involved in IT projects and in the day-to-day work in the MVZs on site in the clinics.

What you bring to the table

You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or comparable training
Alternatively, they come via a lateral entry with a medical background and have a high affinity for IT
You have professional experience in the field of IT networks, knowledge of medatixx products and experience in the healthcare sector or in hospitals would be an advantage
You have very good Windows and Office skills and have German language skills at B2 level
You have a class B driver's license
You are communicative, enthusiastic and like to contribute your ideas to the joint development of topics
