Helios Klinik Schleswig GmbH is looking for part-time, permanent patient guides with a focus on contract management (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Ensuring contract management/elective service contracts within the clinic
• Close coordination of patients' elective service entitlements with chief physicians and the respective specialist areas as well as their implementation
• Processing of information requests in a personal conversation or later answers via various communication channels (patients and employees)
• Recording of service, care and therapy-related wishes of the patients as well as their processing or forwarding
• Recording and processing of patient complaints

• A completed training as a nurse (m/f/d) or medical assistant (m/f/d)
• A friendly, open and self-confident appearance and a pronounced and high level of service orientation
• Relevant professional experience and enjoyment of dealing with patients
• A quick grasp and implementation competence
• Physical and mental resilience
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
