As soon as possible, we are looking for you as a full-time ward manager (m/f/d) IMC for the Helios Klinkum Gotha.

• Responsible for a smooth ward process
• Employee management and employee motivation
• Ensuring nursing care
• Jointly responsible for the implementation of our corporate goals in the workflow
• Needs-based workforce planning
• Development of ideas for improving and ensuring the performance of the station

• Training as a nurse (m/f/d) or comparable training, ideally with several years of professional experience
• Above-average medical and nursing expertise
• Further training to lead a nursing unit and/or an equivalent qualification and/or experience in the management function or you have a degree as a ward manager according to DKG guidelines
• Prudent independent work, integrity and team orientation
• Respectful interaction with patients and colleagues
• Very good written and spoken German language skills (C1)
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
