What you can expect

You will analyze clinical processes and collect product-independent requirements for digital transformation projects
You will manage and advise the clinical (nursing) expert committees with regard to the definition of clinical process standards
You create concepts for digital clinical processes and act as the central point of contact for all related issues
You coordinate the process concepts closely with the company's own product and development teams right from the creation phase
You work together with central functions such as data protection or information security as well as external service providers during the design phase
You support the implementation of the concepts and accompany the piloting of the developed solutions by the corresponding product teams

What you bring with you

You have successfully completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d) and ideally have several years of professional experience in hospital care
You have a high affinity for IT and ideally have experience in the conception, management and implementation of digitization projects
You are characterized by a high level of abstraction, a motivated, structured and analytical way of working and the ability to organize yourself
You work both independently and in a team and are determined and solution-oriented
You have a confident and convincing manner and can lead interdisciplinary and interprofessional working groups to practical solutions
You are business fluent in written and spoken German
