Your tasks:
- Maintenance and servicing in the field of operating technology of all technical systems
- Operation and supervision of ventilation systems including all ancillary systems using a process control system (GLT)
- Monitoring the elimination of defects and damage, as well as regular system checks
- Ensuring the safe and trouble-free operation of local heating and gas systems
- Eliminating any technical faults that occur and reporting them to the customer
- Receiving and processing repair requests for technical systems and equipment from the individual departments.
- Documenting the work carried out using IT systems.
What you bring with you:
- Successfully completed vocational training as an electronics technician in the field of operating or systems engineering, experience in the field of I&C is an advantage
- Experience in the field of VDE inspections, maintenance and servicing as well as knowledge of building services systems
- Enjoy working with our clients/clinics in the sense of a balanced service provision
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty
- Solution-oriented way of working and ability to work in a team
- Basic IT skills and a willingness to use IT systems to support your work
- You have already worked with CAFM systems or are willing to familiarize yourself with them
- Driving license class B, good knowledge of German and a valid work permit
