We are looking for you to join our team as

Social Services Employee (m/f/d)

at the earliest possible date.

• Advice, care and support for our patients and/or their relatives in social law matters
• Discharge management and individual coordination of post-hospital care for our patients
• General administrative activities, maintaining contacts with authorities and outpatient and inpatient facilities
• Arranging rehabilitation measures or further services, such as self-help groups
• Initiation of and advice on legal guardianship, information on health care proxies and living wills
• Advice on social legislation (care, pensions, health insurance, the Disability Discrimination Act, social assistance, etc.)

• Completed studies in the field of social pedagogy/social work
• Experience in hospital social services or similar areas in the healthcare sector is desirable
• High social competence as well as process-oriented, innovative, economic thinking and acting
• Patient-oriented and cooperative working style
• High level of communication skills, commitment and ability to work in a team, flexibility
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
