Conducting site diagnostics and assisting in the development of improvement plans – diagnosing, designing, and developing tactical implementation plans to make an impact and solve our site's key problems.
Support of the plant management with strategic improvement goals
Monitoring of delivery charges and key performance indicators
Assist in building impactful transformation skills and mindsets based on specific booster events co-led by you (using internal excellence methodologies)
Introduction of global OPEX standards at the site, in particular mandatory elements, throughout the network. This includes owning elements of the operating system, developing standards, and managing the OPEX team's administrative processes, such as maintaining the OPEX SharePoint.
Completed engineering studies in the field of electrical engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields
Extensively trained in Lean with experience in operational excellence transformation and process improvement projects
Several years of professional experience in production technology as well as organizational development or a comparable field is an advantage
Safe handling of standard software
Strong organizational talent and systematic, analytical and quality-oriented way of working (ideally operational excellence knowledge)
High level of responsibility and cost awareness
Flexibility, independence, reliability and ability to work in a team
Good communication skills, coupled with assertiveness and diplomacy
A high level of business acumen to provide a strategic perspective, combined with strong project management skills to identify the strategic, operational, organizational and financial levers that will have an impact on the sites.
Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
