What to expect

It's in your hands: to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic through organisational and administrative tasks
In practical everyday life, you will be the professional, scientific and organizational contact person for assistants and specialists as well as the nursing team
Further education and training is one of your areas of responsibility

Sound psychiatric expertise: You have extensive knowledge of the entire spectrum of psychiatric treatment
Patient-oriented work: Your thoughts and actions are interdisciplinary, with a respectful, empathetic approach to patients and their environment
Leadership and social skills: Integrative, appreciative employee management and strong social skills are a matter of course for you
Ability to work in a team and cooperate: You work cooperatively in a team and with other departments in the company as well as external colleagues
