What to expect

Daily challenges in a very nice team with a flat hierarchy
First point of contact for patients and emergency services
Interface between outpatient and inpatient care of care levels 2 and 1 according to GBA
Care and structured initial assessment/ first view/ fast track of the arriving patients as well as the associated acute medical care
Participation in the future-oriented further development of the ZNA
Interprofessional communication and optimization of processes with regard to medical and organizational issues
Supervision, leadership and professional guidance of the subordinate administrative, nursing staff and assistant doctors of the various clinics
Implementation of departmental SOPs and assumption of administrative tasks
Trusting and intensive cooperation with the hospitals of the hospital, the doctors in private practice, the cooperating clinics and the emergency services

What you bring to the table

Specialist in internal medicine or general medicine (m/f/d)
Additional qualification "In-Clinical Acute and Emergency Medicine"
(Leadership) Experience in an interdisciplinary ZNA desirable
Independent and structured way of working

The legally required proof of immunization against measles
