Your tasks:
- Development and implementation of a compliance strategy for Fresenius Health Services (FHS)
- Promoting a culture of integrity and an open speak-up culture within FHS
- Establishment and further development of the compliance framework as well as ensuring the effective implementation of the compliance management system
- Responsibility for compliance policy management and support of local units in the implementation of compliance management system and policy framework
- Carrying out risk analyses at FHS level as well as accompanying and supporting local compliance coordinators in their implementation
- Promoting best practice exchange and knowledge management within the compliance community
- Conception and implementation of an appropriate training concept for compliance topics
- Development and implementation of relevant KPIs and tools to measure the effectiveness, appropriateness and maturity of the compliance management system
- Ensuring timely reporting from FHS to FSE/Group
What you bring to the table:
- Degree in law, economics or social sciences or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the field of compliance, internal auditing, auditing or a comparable risk-oriented area of responsibility, ideally in the healthcare sector
- Very good knowledge of the development and further development of compliance management systems
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- High communication and consulting skills, combined with assertiveness
- Experience in project management as well as stakeholder management
- Fluent in German and English
- Self-motivated, collaborative and goal-oriented with a hands-on mentality and willingness to travel
