What to expect

They care for inpatients with gastroenterological and internal diseases.
Diagnostics & Therapy
They perform endoscopic, sonographic and therapeutic measures.
Professional responsibility
They independently take over patient care and supervise assistant doctors.
Collaboration
They work closely with various specialist departments (geriatrics, cardiology, vascular surgery, visceral surgery, trauma surgery / orthopaedics) to ensure optimal patient care.
They are involved in the further development of the department and promote a patient-oriented work culture.
They take part in the on-call service and endoscopy on-call service and contribute to comprehensive patient care.

What you bring to the table

You are a specialist (m/f/d) in internal medicine with a focus on gastroenterology and already have management experience.
You are proficient in endoscopy and sonography.
An empathetic and patient-centered way of working is a matter of course for you.
You value interdisciplinary cooperation and cultivate an open, collegial communication style.
They impress with their sociability and professional appearance.
They have the legally required measles vaccination protection.

The Helios Clinic Leisnig, with 175 beds in the departments of anaesthesia, intensive care, pain therapy & palliative medicine, surgery with four departments, acute geriatrics, internal medicine & sleep medicine centre, a radiology institute and a central emergency room, treats around 9,000 inpatients and 35,000 outpatients every year.

The clinic is the emergency doctor location of the rescue association of the former districts of Döbeln, Leipziger Land and Muldentalkreis and is easily accessible between the metropolises of Leipzig, Dresden and Chemnitz on the A14 motorway.

In addition, three medical care centres with orthopaedic, gynaecological, paediatric, radiological and general medical practices have been established.
