Employee (m/f/d) for the administration.

• Scheduling of patient appointments and planning of inpatient geriatric admissions
• Processing rehab and follow-up treatment applications
• Answering telephone calls from external referring physicians (general practitioners, external clinics, etc.)
• General administrative activities
• General data entry, document management and creation
• Close cooperation with the attending physicians and nursing staff on the wards
• Bed scheduling for the entire hospital

• Completed training in the commercial sector, alternatively several years of professional experience in a comparable area of responsibility
• A strong patient- and service-oriented way of working and the ability to work in a team
• Independence, ability to work under pressure and a confident and friendly manner round off your profile
• Knowledge of standard MS Office software (Word, Excel)

The Helios Rhein Klinik Duisburg is a specialist clinic for geriatric rehabilitation. The close cooperation between our three major professional groups - doctors, nurses and therapists - enables a holistic approach to the treatment of a wide range of geriatric illnesses. Every year, more than 2,500 patients are treated at the Rhein Klinik. The focus is on implementing a holistic medical rehabilitation concept, activating care and individual therapies, which noticeably improves patients' quality of life.
