Employee (m/f/d) for administration.

• Scheduling of patients and planning of inpatient geriatric admissions
• Processing of rehabilitation and follow-up treatment applications
• Acceptance of telephone calls from external referring physicians (family doctors, external clinics, etc.
• General administrative activities
• General data collection, document management and creation
• Close cooperation with the treating medical service and the nursing staff on the wards
• Bed disposition for the entire house

• A completed apprenticeship in the commercial sector, alternatively several years of professional experience in a comparable area of responsibility
• A strong patient and service-oriented way of working as well as the ability to work in a team
• Independence, resilience as well as a confident and friendly appearance round off your profile
• Knowledge of MS Office standard software (Word, Excel)

The Helios Rhein Klinik Duisburg is a specialist clinic for geriatric rehabilitation. The close cooperation of our three major professional groups of doctors, nurses and therapists enables a holistic approach to the treatment of the diverse geriatric diseases. Every year, more than 2,500 patients are treated at the Rhein Klinik. The focus is on the implementation of a holistic medical rehabilitation concept, activating care and individual therapies, which noticeably improves the quality of life of patients.
