deputy ward manager (m/f/d)

full-time.

• You will take over the deputy nursing management of a ward
• Contribute innovative ideas for the development and sustainable further development of the ward
• You will be responsible for duty and vacation planning
• Cross-professional communication and cooperation
• Organization and optimization of processes
• As a manager, you will be responsible for employee and team development

• Completed vocational training as a nurse or nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• Completed specialist further training for management tasks in nursing (FLP) would be desirable, but is not a prerequisite
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, mobile, flexible and a team player
• Willingness to participate in shift work and on-call duty
• Assertiveness, organizational talent and a high level of communication skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
