We are looking for you as soon as possible in full-time or part-time for our sleep laboratory at the Helios Clinic Leisnig as a nurse / geriatric nurse / medical assistant (MFA) / nursing specialist / nursing specialist (m/f/d)

What to expect

You will be responsible for preparing your patients for sleep medicine diagnostics, including professional installation and control of the measurement sensors (EEG, EOG, EMG, ECG, capnography) as well as performing polygraphy and polysomnography.
You will be responsible for continuous nightly monitoring with monitoring, documentation and logging of all relevant vital parameters and measurement data.
They are responsible for the evaluation of the recorded data, in particular sleep stages and pneumological recordings, as well as support for medical diagnostics.
You will be responsible for carrying out mask adjustments and device settings (titration), caring for sleep laboratory patients, and checking and adjusting therapy devices.
Your tasks will include the organization and implementation of hygiene and disinfection measures as well as ordering and managing consumables and work materials.
You will work together in an end-to-end and interdisciplinary manner in a multi-professional team and take on administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation and coordination of patient admissions and discharges.

What you bring to the table

You are a registered nurse / nurse / geriatric nurse / medical assistant (m/f/d) and ideally have several years of professional experience.
They are willing to work in a shift system.
They are characterized by a high level of professional and social competence as well as independence.
Your strengths include a sense of responsibility, commitment and team spirit.
You are confident in using MS Office (e.g. Word and Excel).
Legally required proof of immunization against measles.
