Are you creative, digitally savvy and want to play an active role in attracting the best talent to Helios? In our central recruitment and HR development team, you will implement innovative recruiting and HR marketing ideas, strengthen our employer brand and design future-oriented recruiting processes.

We are looking for you as a Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Expert (m/f/d) full-time, based in Berlin, Helios Kliniken GmbH headquarters, as soon as possible.

What you can expect

You will support central recruiting in the recruitment of trainees, junior and management staff
You create and optimize job advertisements and ensure an attractive presentation of open positions
You develop personnel marketing and employer branding measures to strengthen our employer brand
You provide strategic advice on central job marketing, framework agreement partners and new recruiting platforms and support their implementation
You support the maintenance and further development of the applicant management system
You evaluate key figures and derive optimization opportunities for recruiting

What you bring with you

You have experience in recruiting and personnel marketing - ideally in the healthcare sector
You are confident working with applicant management systems and digital tools
You are communicative, service-oriented and support colleagues and clinics competently in all recruiting matters
You think strategically, organize yourself well and act on your own initiative
You can expect a diverse range of tasks with creative freedom and short decision-making paths
