To strengthen our team at the Clinic for Intensive Care Medicine at the Emil von Behring site in Berlin Zehlendorf, we are looking for you as a Specialist (m/f/d) in Intensive Care Medicine at the earliest possible date

• Care of patients in our specialized intensive care unit in accordance with current guidelines
• Co-design and implementation of treatment and therapy plans in interdisciplinary cooperation
• Monitoring, diagnosis and treatment of critically ill patients (respiratory, circulatory and metabolic management)
• Participation in emergency situations, emergency and resuscitation management
• Implementation of cross-shift duty rosters, on-call duties and on-call duty
• Further training and development of the team, quality assurance, participation in clinical research and audit-based improvement processes

• License to practice medicine in Germany and completed specialist training with additional training in intensive care medicine
• Comprehensive clinical expertise in the intensive care treatment of critically ill patients
• Independent, structured way of working and ability to work under pressure
• High level of responsibility, empathy and commitment for an exciting challenge in an interdisciplinary team
• Strong social skills, ability to work in a team and empathy in dealing with patients and their relatives
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
