Foreman in maintenance cleaning (m/f/d) at the Helios Clinic Erfurt.

• Professional supervision of maintenance and surgical cleaning; Monitoring of machines, equipment and materials
• Implementation of quality standards and hygiene updates
• Documentation and reporting
• Monitoring and implementation of legal regulations, relevant guidelines and QM specifications
• Support with personnel planning (duty and monthly schedules)
• Subordination: Directly subordinate and responsible to site manager/property manager

• Ideally, you have experience in maintenance / basic cleaning
• You have already worked as a foreman (m/f/d) and have experience in employee management and support
• You have a high degree of motivation and are physically resilient
• German language skills required
• You are a team player, flexible and have a high degree of commitment
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
