The MSH Medical School Hamburg – University of Applied Sciences and Medical University and the Helios Clinics Schwerin are looking for a full-time doctor in advanced training (m/f/d) anesthesiology to strengthen the team at the university campus in Schwerin as soon as possible.

What to expect

As a physician in further training (m/f/d) you can look forward to a structured continuing education curriculum with full authorization for further training as a specialist in anesthesiology.
You will represent your focus on teaching independently in cooperation with the relevant subject representatives/professors of the clinical phase of study in the Human Medicine degree program.
You will design your teaching in the form of seminars, internships and bedside lessons.
Comprehensive teaching materials and our MedTeach teaching station with excellently equipped skill labs are available to you.
They take the exams together as a team and participate in the further development of the curriculum.
If you would like to do a doctorate, acquire an additional professional qualification or further education in higher education didactics up to a master's degree in Medical and Health Education, we expressly support this.

What you bring to the table

You have a degree in human medicine and have a license to practice medicine (m/f/d). A completed doctorate would be desirable.
You are interested in collegial and interdisciplinary cooperation.
Ideally, you already have teaching experience or very good didactic skills.
You appear self-confident, competent and sympathetic towards students and patients.
In addition to your professional skills, you have proven communication skills and strong social skills.

The team of the Clinic for Anesthesiology cares for all patients of the Helios Clinics Schwerin who need a procedure under anesthesia; primarily patients who need surgery, of which about 25,000 are performed annually at the maximum care provider. In addition, patients who need anesthesia or sedation for diagnostics are cared for.
