As of November 01, 2025, we are looking for you for the Helios Klinikum Bonn/Rhein-Sieg as a full-time Ward Manager for Pneumology and Thoracic Surgery (m/f/d).

What you can expect

Professional management and organization of the pneumology and thoracic surgery wards in close cooperation with all professional groups to ensure an efficient communication culture
Personnel management and development, including duty and vacation planning as well as the professional development of nursing staff on the ward and regular duty meetings and staff appraisals
Ensuring modern, evidence-based nursing care, including current standards and developments
Strategic orientation and further development of the ward as well as planning further and advanced training
Participating in meetings and ensuring that information is passed on to the team as well as promoting interprofessional collaboration
Implementing corporate and clinical objectives and promoting an open error culture by analyzing and ensuring the achievement of all nursing quality objectives of the department.

What you bring with you

Completed training in healthcare and nursing or comparable training
Several years of professional experience is desirable
You can inspire other employees and teammates for the nursing profession
A completed ward management course or the willingness to complete it
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
