For our Department of Internal Medicine / Gastroenterology , we are therefore looking for a

Senior Physician for Internal Medicine / Gastroenterology (m/f/d) full-time.

• You will be responsible for the holistic treatment and care of our gastroenterological and internal medicine patients and will be a competent contact person for their relatives.
• They carry out all common endoscopic procedures (including gastroscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP and endosonography) independently and ensure specialist emergency care as part of the background service.
• You will actively shape medical processes as well as existing department and ward structures and drive their strategic optimization and further development.
• You will be responsible for compliance with the highest medical quality standards and guidelines, taking into account economic aspects in everyday hospital life.
• They provide professional guidance to senior physicians and are dedicated to the structured training and supervision of assistant physicians, especially in the field of endoscopy.
• You will work together in a trusting manner in a multi-professional team and promote collegial networking with other specialist departments and functional services.

• You are a specialist in internal medicine with a focus on gastroenterology and are proficient in diagnostic and interventional endoscopy
• With your motivating and appreciative management style, you will provide professional guidance to senior physicians and enjoy taking on the structured supervision and training of our assistant doctors.
• You have several years of experience in a senior physician function, a strong understanding of economics and a structured and organizational way of working.
• They appreciate interdisciplinary cooperation and promote professional exchange with other clinics and specialist departments in our network.
• A high level of communication skills and active participation in interdisciplinary coordination characterize your professional profile as a team player.
• Participation in the internal medicine background service is a matter of course for you; in addition, you have the legally required proof of your measles immunization.

The Helios Clinic Lengerich is a primary and standard care hospital and currently has a capacity of 186 beds with the specialties of orthopedics and trauma surgery, surgery, internal medicine, geriatric early rehabilitation as well as anesthesiology and intensive care medicine.
