Practice Companion Integration Intensive Care Unit (m/f/d)

What to expect

Integration management support
Individual practical support in the intensive care unit and support for trainees in need of support – including observation, feedback and competence development in everyday working life
Close cooperation with vocational schools and internal departments to ensure an integrative training process
Planning and implementation of learning, reflection and support discussions as well as documentation of learning progress and support goals
Support in social and professional integration into the team as well as development of measures to strengthen independence and professional ability to act

What you bring to the table

Completed basic training as a nurse (m/f/d) with at least 5 years of experience in intensive care units
Professional qualification in practical guidance
Intercultural competence and strong communication skills as well as high social sensitivity and patience in dealing with employees during induction
Ability to give feedback constructively and formulate development goals
Organizational talent and structured way of working as well as enjoyment of teamwork and the further development of nursing standards
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
