At the earliest possible date we are looking for you for our Helios Hanseklinikum in Stralsund as

Practical Support Integration Intensive Care Unit (m/f/d)

• Support of the integration management
• Individual practical support on the intensive care unit and support of trainees with support needs - including observation, feedback and skills development in everyday working life
• Close cooperation with vocational schools and internal departments to ensure an integrative training process
• Planning and conducting learning, reflection and support meetings as well as documenting learning progress and support goals
• Supporting social and professional integration into the team and developing measures to strengthen independence and professional skills

• Completed basic training as a nurse (m/f/d) with at least 5 years' experience in an intensive care unit
• Specialist qualification in practical guidance
• Intercultural competence and strong communication skills as well as high social sensitivity and patience in dealing with employees during induction
• Ability to give constructive feedback and formulate development goals
• Organizational talent and structured way of working as well as enjoyment of teamwork and the further development of nursing standards
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
