Personnel Controller (m/f/d)

For the personnel management department of our Helios Verwaltung Ost GmbH, we are looking for a full-time personnel controller (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Carrying out all evaluations and compiling the data for monthly and annual financial statements, economic planning and attestation
• Further development of personnel controlling at the site
• Close cooperation with commercial controlling and auditors
• Ad-hoc evaluations and analyses on various topics
• Active participation in the design and optimization of HR processes
• Participation in in-house projects

• Successfully completed studies in economics (alternatively computer science, mathematics or similar) or alternatively qualified training and several years of professional experience
• Sound knowledge of personnel controlling, preferably in a hospital
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as a high affinity for working with data or numbers
• Very good IT skills, especially MS Office and personnel and time management systems
• Structured, reliable and independent way of working as well as ability to work in a team, initiative and commitment
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
