For our central Helios quality team, we are looking for a

Employee in medical controlling (m/f/d) with a focus on structure, quality and performance group audits.

The activity is possible nationwide, with an organizational connection to a clinic location after coordination as well as the support of several locations with a high proportion of mobile work in the home office.

What to expect

Coordination and implementation of structure, quality and service group audits in accordance with LOPS-RL and MD-QK-RL, including technical support of the clinic areas in the preparation of relevant documents
Support of the locations in the preparation and timely transmission of all reporting documents to external bodies (e.g. in accordance with the LOPS Directive and G-BA guidelines)
Training, coaching and professional advice for the contact persons in the clinics
Planning, implementation and documentation of internal audits ("stress tests") for quality assurance
Active participation in cross-team and cross-departmental projects as well as assumption of substitute tasks within the team
Function as a central technical interface between hospital locations, central areas and external testing laboratories

What you bring to the table

Completed studies or qualified training in healthcare, administration or a comparable qualification, ideally supplemented by experience in medical controlling, quality management or a related field
Confident handling of structure, quality and performance group audits or willingness to familiarize yourself with these topics in a well-founded manner
Analytical, structured and independent way of working as well as strong communication skills and a professional appearance
Willingness to collaborate across locations and for occasional business trips as well as routine handling of MS Office
Interest in actively shaping and developing a specialized and dynamic subject area
Proof of existing measles protection in accordance with the legal requirements
