full-time with headquarters in Berlin or another Helios location (nationwide).

What to expect

You will support the rollout of the iMedA billing component of the iMedOne hospital information system at our iMedOne locations
You will take on configuration and customizing tasks in iMedOne as part of projects and further developments
They advise and train users in iMedOne, especially in the areas of inpatient billing and billing processes
You will support the locations in iMedOne's 2nd level support, especially with billing-related issues
You will be involved in the continuous development and standardization of digital billing processes within the Helios Kliniken Group

What you bring to the table

You have in-depth knowledge of inpatient hospital billing
Ideally, you have practical experience in the administrative handling of iMedOne, or alternatively with other hospital information systems
You have completed a degree in (medical) informatics, health management, business administration in the healthcare sector or comparable training, or have relevant practical experience in hospitals
You understand both technical billing processes and their technical implementation in the system
You have analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as strong communication skills
They are confident in their dealings with different professional groups and combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic "hands-on" mentality.
