Do you dare to develop further? For our Berlin-Buch location, we are looking for you to join our team from 01.11.2025 as a trainee nursing assistant / nursing assistant (m/f/d).

• You will learn about the holistic care and support of people of all ages and in all healthcare settings in cooperation with nursing professionals
• The training lasts 1.5 years and teaches you the necessary skills to recognize care situations, structure work processes and reflect on your own actions
• At the theoretical learning location (school), you will be prepared for the professional field of activity in a block model through regular lessons, digital teaching and practical exercises
• Practical training takes place under supervision at Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch and with various cooperation partners
• After successful completion, you will meet the school entry requirements for the 3-year training course to become a nursing specialist

• You have a natural instinct for what people need and what they need
• You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration with various professional groups
• You are ready to take on a wide range of nursing tasks
• Secondary school certificate or completed vocational training
• German language skills of at least level B2
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
