For our Clinic for Vascular Surgery at the Krefeld site, we are looking for you as a Medical Assistant / Case Manager (m/f/d) on a full-time and temporary basis.

• You will coordinate external inquiries and schedule surgical procedures
• You are the contact person for our doctors and employees of the clinic
• Support of the chief physicians in the organization of clinical processes
• Creation and monitoring of general correspondence and communication externally and internally
• You will be responsible for planning and following up on office hours

• A completed training as a nurse / medical assistant (MFA) and/or a completed further training as a case manager (m/f/d)
• Knowledge of medical nomenclature and strong IT skills
• You are an organizational talent, strong communicators and always act in a friendly, helpful and service-oriented manner
• A friendly and obliging manner towards patients and relatives is a matter of course for you
• You enjoy multi-professional teamwork in a team with an outstanding reputation
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
