full-time with headquarters in Berlin, alternatively in one of our clinics.

What to expect

Responsibility for group-wide reporting, including consolidation, analysis and commenting on actual, forecast and planning data to ensure financial transparency
Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements at group level as well as participation in the implementation of short- and long-term corporate goals
Active participation in budget, forecast and medium-term planning as well as support in the management of strategic group initiatives
Conducting variance analyses and ad-hoc evaluations to derive decision-relevant insights for top management and external partners
Central contact person for regions, clinics and departments for business management issues and commercial advice
Development and implementation of innovative, group-wide solutions and digitization projects for the optimization of commercial processes in close cooperation with our Data Analytics team

What you bring to the table

Degree in business administration or a comparable course of study with a focus on controlling, finance or accounting
At least 5 years of professional experience in controlling – ideally in a corporate environment with in-depth know-how in financial consolidation and group accounting
Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking skills and the ability to structure complex issues independently
High level of initiative, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a pronounced hands-on mentality and willingness to change
Confident appearance and strong communication skills in dealing with interdisciplinary stakeholders at all hierarchical levels as well as business fluency in German and English, Spanish is an advantage
Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and BI tools (e.g. Power BI, SAP BW, SAC) desired
